The return and exchange of goods is at the expense of the sender.
Once the product is returned to our warehouse, the refund will be made to the sender's details within 3 business days. The exchange will take place immediately.
Product of poor quality is accepted for return if it has not been used and the labels are still intact.
According to the Law "On Consumer Protection", a company may refuse a consumer the exchange and return of goods if:
- the product has been used and has traces of use by the consumer: scuffs, stains, etc.;
- the product is not fully packaged and the factory packaging has not been preserved;
- all labels and factory markings have not been preserved; • the product has lost its presentation and consumer properties.
Goods of inadequate quality are accepted at our expense, and the funds are returned to the details specified by the buyer within 3 business days.
